Free Shipping Terms

To keep your shopping experience simple and so that you can feel confident that the price you see advertised is the price you pay, our prices include all Shipping and Handling fees for continental U.S. addresses.

Purchased products can be delivered to an address that differs from the billing address. Sometimes, to avoid fraud, we will require verification of the devilery address.

Please note that shipping and handling costs will not show up on your invoice although You have the option to contact us for specific pricing details or for a price quote.

We frequently offer discount coupons. Call us for today's coupon code. If you enter a coupon code while checking out the amount of the discount will be automatically deducted from your total order value.

Below are the exact Terms and Conditions of our Free Delivery Service
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other countries may be available at an additional charge. Contact us for details.
  • We can ship some items outside the U.S.
  • We are unable to ship large items to rural routes, remote areas not in close proximity to areas commonly serviced by freight carriers, APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes.
  • Most large items will be delivered only to the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business, or residence. Exceptions include apartments, unusual driveways, or any other obstacles which may impede delivery. Some freight carriers may be able to carry your item into a specific room or up stairs for an additional fee.
  • For apartment residents, the delivery will be brought to either the apartment loading dock, or the nearest ground level entry of the apartment building. Depending on the apartment building, some deliveries must be left at the apartments main office.
  • If you would like your item carried inside your residence, have it unpacked or assembled, or carried up any flight(s) of stairs, extra fees will apply. Residences or businesses that have an abnormal driveway leading to the entryway and/or an irregular interior may be charged additional fees. These fees will vary depending on your individual circumstances and can exceed $100.


How Is My Order Shipped?
Buckeye Fitness uses several shipping services to deliver your merchandise. We utilize USPS, UPS, FedEx, and several freight carriers.

Standard Freight Shipping - Curbside delivery
Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway.
  • Delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure.
  • If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. Also, take a picture if possible. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery.
  • Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
  • It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into your house, garage, etc.
  • Drivers do not assist with unpacking or set-up.
  • This item cannot be shipped to an APO, FPO or PO Box.
  • Also, if you choose to return the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
The most important thing to remember about freight shipping is that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house. Once we email you the tracking information you can contact the shipper directly to inquire about additional services. You would be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for any additional services.

When Will My Order Arrive?
To offer you the best service and quickest delivery time our goods can be dispatched from several warehouses across the U.S. Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 4-5 business days). If, for any reason, we become aware of late dispatch we will immediately contact you and inform you of this. We will also offer you the choice of ordering a different item or cancelling your order entirely. If you cancel your order because of late shipment notification you can rest assured that you will be charged No cancellation fees whatsoever.

In general, Standard Freight shipments usually take between 3 and 10 days for delivery from when your order ships. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal. For commercial deliveries, no appointment will be made. If you need to make one, please contact us.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with the tracking ID of your courier. You can then keep track of your order by simply entering in your tracking ID on the courier's website. If you don't receive the email or you can't find it, simply call us on our toll free number or email us at customreservice@fitnesslyceum.com and we'll resend it.

Return Policy

We believe we offer one of the most generous return policies of any fitness equipment retailer. All our products come with a 30-day, no-questions-asked, return policy. So, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt you can return it to us and get your money back.

When we say any reason; we mean it! If your purchase is too large for or doesn't match the décor of your home, or you simply changed your mind, you can contact us to arrange for return and for either a replacement or refund.

If you cancel before dispatch you will receive a FULL refund but please be advised that it is too late to cancel an order once it has been dispatched. You can return the order after it has been delivered but you will be liable for outbound and return shipping fees and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

As all our products are offered with free shipping, please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. In addition our items carry a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.

Any returned merchandise must include a return authorization number(RMA) on the outside of any returned package. You can obtain one by first contacting us via email at customerservice@buckeyefitness.com. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days. Items returned after this period will not qualify for refunds. RMA number are non-renewable.

Items must be returned in their original shipping carton, packaging materials and accessories. This is a strict policy and no exceptions will be made, so please ensure that the item is re-packaged exactly how you received it.

Only when we receive goods and they meet the above criteria will you then be refunded.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If your item(s) arrives damaged you have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a full refund of the original purchase price. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

If your item arrives via common carrier truck, please be sure to note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing for a shipment. Title of goods passes to the purchaser when a shipment is accepted for transportation by the carrier. When you sign for a shipment, you are indicating that all cartons shown on the receipt are present and in good condition. If this is not true, be sure to note the discrepancy and have the driver initial it. For items shipped already assembled, open all cartons immediately while the driver is present. Do not discard the cartons until you know the contents are in good condition. Please contact us immediately if the item is an assembled piece or if the damage involves a part that can't be replaced. Failure to follow these steps will void this return policy. One we receive your email at customerservice@buckeyefitness.com we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number. We will arrange for collection and replacement of your goods. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days, therefore you must ensure that we can contact you and arrange a collection time that is suitable for both you and the carrier. Items returned after this period will not qualify for refunds. RMA number are non-renewable.

Full Terms & Conditions
  • You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or due to a defective product.
  • Product must be in like new condition to qualify - less than 120 minutes shown on timers . Products that are deemed either damaged or missing items may not be refundable or may qualify for a partial refund of the purchase price at our discretion.
  • All accessories (i.e. warranties, owner’s manuals, assembly guides, etc) shipped with the original product must be included in the return package.
  • If the product happens to require service, all products must be serviced under factory warranty at NO charge to you prior to returning.
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
  • Unless the item is being returned because it was damaged or defective at time of delivery, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and, because our goods were offered with free shipping, customers must also pay the outbound shipping costs.
  • Unless the item is being returned because it was damaged or defective at time of delivery you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • If you refuse your delivery without inspection or miss your delivery appointment(s), you will incur actual original shipping charges along with return shipping fees.
  • Return shipping fees typically range from $150 to $600, but may be more for larger items. We are unable to process exchange requests at this time due to inventory control limitations.
