How Is My Order Shipped?
Buckeye Fitness uses several shipping services to deliver your fitness equipment. We utilize USPS, UPS, FedEx, and several freight carriers. Items weighing over 150 pounds require freight shipping. Please read the Standard Freight Shipping terms:
Standard Freight Shipping Terms
Curbside delivery - delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway.
Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
Delivery agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment.
It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure.
If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. Also, take a picture if possible. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery.
It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into your house, garage, etc.
Drivers do not assist with unpacking or set-up.
For apartment residents, the delivery will be brought to either the apartment loading dock, or the nearest ground level entry of the apartment building. Depending on the apartment building, some deliveries must be left at the apartments main office.
If you would like your item carried inside your residence, have it unpacked or assembled, or carried up any flight(s) of stairs, extra charges will apply. Contact us prior to placing your order for pricing.
Residences or businesses that have an abnormal driveway leading to the entryway and/or an irregular interior may be charged additional fees. These fees will vary depending on your individual circumstances and can exceed $100.
Also, if you choose to return the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
The most important thing to remember about freight shipping is that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Each lead time varies based on many different factors. Items are shipped from various warehouse locations. Some items that can be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Others items require a longer time (e.g. 4-5 business days). If, for any reason, we become aware of late dispatch we will immediately contact you and inform you of this. We will also offer you the choice of ordering a different item or cancelling your order entirely. If you cancel your order because of late shipment notification you can rest assured that you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with the tracking ID of your courier. You can then keep track of your order by simply entering in your tracking ID on the courier's website. If you don't receive the email or you can't find it, simply contact us and we'll resend it.
Do You Ship Outside The US?
Some items can be shipped outside the US. Contact us for availability.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours you will not be charged any fees unless the item has already shipped. Cancellations after the 24 hour period, but prior to the item being shipped will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Be advised that it is too late to cancel an order once it has been shipped. Once the item has shipped any cancellation requests will be subject to the terms of Returns for matters of convenience.
Returns for matters of convenience: Returns for matters of convenience are any returns that are not directly related to products not meeting manufacturer specifications, products damaged in transit, or products that were wrongly shipped by Buckeye Fitness.
These returns can be applied up to 10 days after receiving the item for a partial refund. The refund will be the purchase price less the original shipping charges to the customer plus the cost of return shipping back to the manufacturer and a re-stocking fee at a minimum of 20% of the purchase price. Restocking fees range from 20% to 100% of the purchase price depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.
Items that ship via freight carrier are not eligible to be returned for matters of convenience. Returning freight shipments is extremely expensive. Make sure the item is what you want prior to ordering.
To clarify, the customer is responsible for the following charges when returning items out of convenience and/or a mistaken order on the customers' part:
1. Original shipping charges to the customer.
2. Shipping charges back to the manufacturer.
3. Restocking fees which range from 20% to 100% of the product cost, depending on condition of returned item.
Once the product has been received back by the manufacturer and inspected to still be in new condition, the customer will be refunded accordingly.
Please be 100% sure the product you are ordering is the product you want. Returns with internet companies are more difficult due to shipping charges that are incurred. In order for Buckeye Fitness to continue to have some of the lowest prices for our equipment, we must strictly enforce our returns policy.
Returns due to products not meeting manufacturers specifications:
These products can be exchanged within 10 days free of charge and will be inspected by the manufacturer to ensure the product is not up to advertised specifications. If for any reason the manufacturer finds the product up to advertised specifications, the aforementioned charges will apply. This portion of the return policy does not include products damaged in transit.
*Please note, with products not meeting manufacturer specifications, the customer must provide Buckeye Fitness with a digital photo or some form of visual evidence of the defect before we can proceed in the replacement of your product.
Products damaged in transit
If you receive your order and it is evident that there is damage to the package you will need to follow the shipper's guidelines to get the problem resolved. Buckeye Fitness will aid in every way that we can to get the problem resolved.
Products damaged by UPS:: If your product was left at your door by UPS and the product was damaged in transit, please contact your local UPS terminal immediately to let them know you would like to refuse the shipment that was just dropped off due to damages. UPS should then let you know they will be by to pick up the damaged product. Then, please contact Buckeye Fitness to inform us of the return, so we can begin to work on your replacement, as quickly as possible.
If UPS requires your signature for a package, the customer must note any damages to the outer packing before signing for delivery. It is UPS and Buckeye Fitness policy when a package is signed for without making damage notations, the product was received in good condition. UPS will not compensate for damages when the product was signed for in good condition, nor can Buckeye Fitness.
Products damaged by FedEx: If your product was left at your door by FedEx and the product was damaged in transit, please contact your local FedEx terminal immediately to let them know you would like to refuse the shipment that was just dropped off due to damages. FedEx should then let you know they will be by to pick up the damaged product. Then, please contact Buckeye Fitness to inform us of the return, so we can begin to work on your replacement, as quickly as possible.
Products damaged by freight companies: All freight deliveries require a signature for delivery. It is the customers responsibility to look the product over and note any damages to the exterior packing of the product before signing for delivery. Signing for a freight delivery without noting damages means the product was received in good condition. By signing for the freight delivery, the customer is in agreement with the freight company that the product showed up without damages. Freight companies will never waiver in compensating for damages if the product was signed for without noting damages, nor can Buckeye Fitness.
After noting the damage on the delivery slip you must contact us to let us know. We will then advise you how to proceed. We may require you to send us pictures of the damaged items and/or shipping crate. In most freight shipment cases where an item has been damaged, the damage is usually limited. If this is the case a replacement part or parts will be sent.
IF YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES WITH DAMAGES, NO MATTER HOW MINOR, THE CUSTOMER MUST NOTE THOSE DAMAGES ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT BEFORE SIGNING FOR DELIVERY.
Purchased products cannot be returned miscellaneously. You must contact us prior to returning the item. Returned products may need to be assigned an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number by Buckeye Fitness in order to process your return. Items requiring an RMA that are returned without an assigned RMA number will not be able to be processed or refunded.
Returned products that have been deemed used or no longer in new condition by the manufacturer will not be refunded.
If a customer initiates a charge-back case with their credit card company before Buckeye Fitness has been given the opportunity to rectify any given customer service issue and if the customer is not willing to abide by Buckeye Fitness policies in regards to customer service issues, Buckeye Fitness will be unable to continue working on the case, until the charge-back has been resolved.
If your credit card company rules in favor of Buckeye Fitness in the charge-back case and the charge-back case was initiated before returning the product through Buckeye's return policies and procedures, Buckeye Fitness will refund the customer minus any aforementioned fees, as well as, the charge-back fee Buckeye Fitness incurs for processing a charge-back, upon proper return of the item.
Returned Shipments Due to Order Misinformation
If products are returned due to order misinformation provided by the customer, such as wrong address, wrong phone number, etc., Buckeye Fitness will refund the customer upon receipt of the items, minus original shipping costs to the customer, return shipping costs and the minimum 20% restocking fee.
